Cash-Pay Rates

• $125.00 - $175.00 spectrum for a 50 minute therapy intake 

• $125.00 - $175.00 spectrum for a 50 minute individual or couples therapy session

• $125.00 - $175.00 spectrum for a 50 minute individual coaching session

• $35.00 per session for 120 minute breathwork session ($10.00 discount for existing clients)

• $25.00 per page for client-requested paperwork outside of normally scheduled session

• $50.00 per week for coaching support via text or email

• Group and Retreat costs are determined on a case-by-case basis.

• I offer a flexible spectrum of pay to adapt to client financial needs. Any voluntary payment within that range is considered a "full  payment.

Insurance

I am currently in network and willing to accept new clients with the following insurance companies:

• United Healthcare, Optum and all in-network plans

• Aetna

I am able to provide a superbill (detailed receipt) for you to submit your insurance company for a reimbursement if I am not currently in network with your insurance.

Payment Methods

Cash payment/co-pays are required prior to the start of session. Instructions for payment will be given to you when booking your first appointment. I will accept cash, check, all major credit cards and Zelle. I do require a card on file for any outstanding payments. If you have specific questions about payment, please reach out.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged in full for the missed session. You will be allowed only one "late cancellation" without charge per calendar year.
