Welcome! I'm Richard Thomas. I work with people who are ready to actively address the suffering that has previously held them back. Whether navigating recovery from religious trauma, navigating difficult or non-traditional relationship dynamics, or healing from depression or anxiety, my clients will learn the peace that comes with embracing all of it. I help create deep internal shifts, as clients learn to trust in their truest selves. They develop insight, acceptance, gratitude, and accountability as they learn to use life’s difficulties as catalysts towards spiritual and psychological maturation.

I offer a variety of tools to best help each client create a custom approach to healing and growth that works for them, including individual, couples or group mental health counseling, ketamine-assisted therapy or psychedelic integration, life-coaching, and instruction in breathwork and meditation.
